The Pellionia Repens is also known as the Watermelon Begonia, even though it is not related to the Begonia family. It is an easy trailing plant with long green leaves with a lighter green centre stripe and a metallic sheen to the top of the leaves. This plant likes a bright position and likes to remain moist in the soil. It is great for baskets and suitable for terrariums, thriving in the humid environment they create. This plant is propagated and grown by Verdant Dwellings.
