Our 400 m² Warehouse is our retail sales floor and display space. Here you’ll find our full range of plants and growing accessories at retail prices open to the public every week.
We also offer specialty quantities of peat moss, personalised advice, and plant potting services. When we pot up your plant, we feed it with nutrients that last for six months and provide tailored care guidance— all for just the cost of the peat.
Verdant Dwellings carries a wide assortment of plants, including seasonal varieties that change throughout the year. If we don’t grow a particular plant or size ourselves, we can source it for you. Jeff brings in-depth knowledge of every plant we stock, offering advice on which species suit specific areas of your home or workspace, and how to keep them thriving.
We grow most of our stock ourselves, and when you visit, you’ll be able to see behind the scenes of a working nursery, including plug growing, stock plant propagation, dedicated propagation greenhouse, and even our outdoor hoop house. Every plant is potted in 100% pure peat moss, sourced from sustainable overseas peat farms.
Unlike our online sales, which are all at wholesale prices direct to the public with a $75 minimum purchase cap, our Dromana space is a retail store, meaning smaller purchases of specific plants, pots, and products can be made. We are still able to discuss and offer wholesale services in-store, including plant and pot sourcing for larger business multi-plant installations.
Online, we are legally certified as a Nursery to ship fully potted plants Australia-wide by the Government. Each order is carefully packed in our custom-designed boxes, with plants wrapped in 100% compostable bags to ensure they arrive safely and sustainably.
You’ll usually find Jeff and Lauren potting, propagating, and caring for plants, as well as keeping you updated on the website and social pages. We’d love you to come and visit.
