Our Showroom and Warehouse floor have our largest range of plants available along with a large variety of pots and accessories as well our our Indoor Plant Food Range, developed by Jeff. Please note that our Indoor Plant variety and numbers depends on the season.

Shop Warehouse

Our 200 square metre Retail Warehouse, Factory 3, is where you will find our full range of plants, pots and accessories for sale. Every week everything in the Warehouse and Showroom is open to the public. We can also sell specialty amounts of Peat Moss, give advice, and pot up plants. If you purchase a plant and a pot from us, we will pot it free of charge, a small fee of the peat used is asked if the plant or pot are not from us. From small plants, potted cactus and succulents, to large established plants, Verdant Dwellings now offer hundreds of varieties in the Shop Warehouse. More are being sourced and grown all the time in an effort to bring the largest variety available to the Mornington Peninsula and greater Melbourne. Jeff offers specific knowledge on each plant including advice on which plants will work in specific areas of your house or shop space and how to keep them happy. The shop sometimes opens on other days or at different hours depending on the time of year, extreme weather or exceptional circumstances. We will also announce any new arrivals, in store specials or one offs on our socials, so it pays to follow us!

Growing Warehouse

Our 400 square metre Growing Warehouse, Factory 4, is our growing, propagation, office, packing and storage space. Our plants sit on our specially made hydronic heating floor under UV grow lights meaning that even plants purchased from suppliers are given first-class treatment ensuring they are of a high standard before retail sale. Our propagation room is kept at high humidity and temperature as well as being lit by UV Grow lights year-round ensuring happy healthy baby plants that are 100% Verdant Grown. Once the root system is strong, our baby plants are potted by us and kept in our growing warehouse until rooted out and strong. All of our plants are potted in 100% pure Peat Moss sourced from sustainable overseas Peat Farms. In our dry areas, as well as our office space, there is our specialty packing benches for weekly shipping of plants and accessories sold online. All plants are shipped fully potted in our hand designed boxes, specially made for us, with plants wrapped in 100% compostable bags. Jeff and Lauren can be found in the Growing Warehouse most days, potting, propagating and caring for plants as well as working on the website and keeping followers up to date on our social pages. It’s a 24/7 job!
