The Calathea Musaica is a long-leaved plant with a recognisable checked ‘mosaic’ pattern in a deeper green than the lighter green leaf. They will grow to fill a pot and the leaves will continue to increase in size and number as the plants grow bigger. This beautiful plant needs a very bright position out of harsh sunlight and to dry in the soil between waters. Calatheas also like humidity so appreciate a regular misting of their leaves.
